A true Chicago girl with Southern heritage, Kristen is a melting pot of worlds. Her curiosity about the "whats" and "whys" of people, cultures, lifestyles, attitudes and behaviors led her to a career in marketing research & insights. Kristen spearheaded research & innovation programs for University of Michigan Athletics, Procter & Gamble Co., and Kraft Foods Inc. She is the recipient of the 'Innovation of the Year' award (P&G) and the 'Shopper Marketing of the Year' (Target). Her work on category shifts & trends for COVERGIRL Cosmetics earned her a prestigious David Ogilvy Award and recognition from the Advertising Research Foundation. Kristen's passion for designing strategy centered on human truth has made room for her to work on some of the world's most recognizable brands and campaigns - from the Olympics and the NFL to Wella and Kraft Mac n' Cheese. As the voice of the consumer, Kristen believes in the 'A-ha' moment - the moment when human insight sparks creativity and strategy. That is the place where brands come alive, consumers are satisfied and businesses grow. And for Kristen, that is the place that matters most.
